Frequently asked.
Do my staff need expensive phones?
No. The app runs on everyday Android phones. Managers and owners can use the web admin in any browser. An iPhone app is coming.
What happens on a site with no signal?
Clock-ins, daily reports (with photos), claims and leave requests are saved on the phone and sent automatically when the signal returns, with the time they were actually made.
Is everyone's location tracked all the time?
No. The app records location when someone clocks in or out. Live location sharing is separate: each person switches it on themselves after reading what it does, a notification shows while it's on, they can switch it off any time, and they can see who viewed their location. Live positions are deleted after 7 days.
Who owns our data?
You do. Each company's data sits in its own separate database, and the owner can download all of it at any time. We process it only to run the service, under a written data processing agreement.
How do we pay?
Monthly or yearly, in cedis, by Mobile Money or bank transfer. Every payment gets a numbered receipt by email.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is lost. If you haven't subscribed yet there is a 7-day grace period; after that only the owner can sign in, to view and download your data, until you renew.
Can we try it with just one site first?
Yes — many companies start with one project and a few staff, then add the rest.
